The Resilient Spine

A Dynamic Ease Program for Spinal Health and Movement Understanding

The wait is over: Doors are NOW OPEN!

I´m now inviting just 15 physically active people who struggle with recurring stiffness or pain in lower back or neck, to join my brand-new founding members group for The Resilient Spine: A six week Dynamic Ease Program for Spine Wellness and Movement Understanding.

How are you suppose to find relief from pain/strain in your lower back or neck without muscle strength exercises and stretching or feeling limited in your daily life activities? And how do other people with stiffness or pain in lower back or neck do when spending most  working hours in sitting and lack of  self care time after work keeps getting in the way?

Here´s the truth: Most people with low back pain or neck pain struggle because they haven´t  learned how the skeleton, the muscles and the nervous system function aligned - they don´t have  a clear learning system  to guide them. That´s exactly why I am launching The Resilient Spine - a step-by-step course that makes strain/ pain relief not just possible but inevitable.

Here´s what we will cover

1️⃣ Exploring Movement and Coordination

2️⃣ Breathing and Rib Cage Mobility

3️⃣ Stress Management and Nervous System Regulation

4️⃣Self-Awareness and Habitual Pattern Recognition

5️⃣ Building Trust in Your Body and Self

6️⃣ Practical Tools for Managing Stiffness and Pain

7️⃣ Integrating Learnings into Daily Life

This isn´t about adding more to your plate. It´s about exploring the resources that already are inside you to find possibilities for relief and ease every step of the way.

I´m opening the doors to just 15 founding members and as one of them, you´ll get:

Exclusive, first access to my proven Spine Wellness Course
Personal support from me throughout the journey
Founding member pricing at 50% off

Imagine where you could be in just 6 weeks: Having the experience of a tool to keep yourself in dynamic ease and feel safe in knowing what to do if/when you find yourself in strain or pain. Let´s make it happen together!

This may be helpful for you if:

• you are physically active but experience recurring stiffness or pain in your neck or lower back
• you want to
understand your body more deeply rather than just follow exercises
• you are curious about how movement organisation influences
spinal comfort
• you appreciate a calm and
exploratory learning approach

Please be aware of that this program is not a medical treatment

but a somatic education program designed to support spinal health.

I'm Åsa Lindstedt. I help physically active people with recurring neck or lower back stiffness or pain to understand their body more deeply, how to alleviate pain or stress by movement, and to move with greater ease, without pushing through discomfort.

My work empowers clients to move out of pain and into possibility — developing resilience and sustainable self-care practices while avoiding the time and financial costs of preventable pain and discomfort.

With over two decades as a Feldenkrais practitioner and more than 30 years as a physical therapist, I am dedicated to the art and science of movement. My passion began with classical ballet in my early years and evolved through my role as a workout instructor at Friskis & Svettis, Sweden's renowned fitness organization. This enduring interest in movement has fostered a profound understanding of physical therapy, the Feldenkrais Method® enhanced that understanding and the overarching complexity of human function.

My professional background includes working with clients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, across various specialties such as orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, rheumatology, psychiatry, pain management, intensive care (neurology and pediatrics respectively), as well as nearly 15 years in pediatric physiotherapy, covering all areas. I am currently working at a rehabilitation clinic within primary care in Sweden, where I benefit from all the experiences I have accumulated.

My deep commitment lies in empowering individuals to explore and improve their possibilities through movement regardless of their physical functional level and ability.

MADE FOR MOVEMENT initially started as my physical therapy clinic in Sweden in 2005, providing physical therapy combined with the Feldenkrais Method®.

After seven years, I returned to hospital and primary health care settings to work with children with brain damage from birth, and to further enrich my understanding of motor development, brain dysfunction, assessments and treatments across various diseases and their progression.

In 2025 MADE FOR MOVEMENT started a new journey and offers online services within the wellness area. Apart from this, I work at a rehabilitation clinic in Sweden with clients from infants to elderly.

MADE FOR MOVEMENT APP offers digital courses, membership, 1-1 movement lessons, live group Zoom-lessons, and a supportive community, that promote wellness through somatic education.

The Dynamic Ease Approach

  • The human body is designed for movement, adaptability and learning.

  • When movement becomes limited or poorly coordinated, the body may begin to experience tension, stiffness, discomfort or pain.

  • The Dynamic Ease Approach is based on the Feldenkrais Method® - a approach where we explore how small, intelligent movements can help the nervous system reorganise movement patterns.

  • Through curiosity and gentle movement exploration, the body can rediscover more efficient and comfortable ways of moving and develop greater awareness. The clearer your awareness of how you move, the easier it becomes to choose.

  • Dynamic Ease emphasises the importance of slow movement. When movement is explored slowly, it becomes possible to perceive finer details in how the body organises itself. This increased clarity can then be integrated into more dynamic and intensive movements, which can often be performed with greater ease and precision.

  • Rather than forcing change, the Dynamic Ease Approach invites the body to learn.

  • Movement becomes lighter, clearer and more resilient.

FAQS

What equipment do I need?

A floor work mat and a space a little longer/wider than your own body, clothes that allow movement in flexible material, preferably in a calm warm room to enhance your learning. Though, the most important keys for progress is your attention and curiosity. Now you are ready to go - you just easily follow the instructions given in the movement lessons. Enjoy!

I prefer traditional exercise routines

Our courses combine physical activity with a range of intensity levels and movement qualities, with somatic learning at the centre.

While traditional training often focuses on strength or moderate-to-high intensity exercise, our programs place particular emphasis on the effects of slow and attentive movement. Slower movement increases the sensory information reaching the brain, creating better conditions for refining and changing movement patterns than faster, more automatic movements.

Through this kind of somatic learning you can also begin to understand and influence stress responses, experience a deeper sense of presence, improve focus and concentration, and develop greater awareness. As awareness grows, it becomes easier to make conscious choices about how you move and how you support your well-being.

The work of Moshe Feldenkrais and Tony Robbins—both of whom have inspired aspects of this approach—share a common emphasis on empowerment and sustainable personal development through learning, awareness and new perspectives.

Note: Our courses do not include exercises developed by Tony Robbins. However, the development of MADE FOR MOVEMENT has been influenced by the inspiration and perspectives found in his work.

I'm not sure if this will work for my specific issues

In the 1-on-1 lesson serie is the program recommended for the optimize the possibility to address your specific issues. In the Zoom-lessons I will guide you according to your questions and adjustments will be made related to what you find in the lesson. There we have the possibility to address both physical and mental challenges with a focus on sustainable improvement.

I have tried similar programs but they didn't work for me

First and foremost, we would like to emphasise that we do not promise specific outcomes from our courses. Such promises would not only be unrealistic—they would be misleading.

Why?

Because each of us is unique—with our own nervous system, life experiences, physical constitution, and genetic predispositions. Some of these factors cannot be changed. However, the science of neuroplasticity supports a more truthful and grounded expectation: that the human system has the capacity to adapt, learn, and develop new possibilities.

The results you experience are not primarily determined by the method itself, but by how it is explored and applied. In our courses, you receive clear guidance that supports you in engaging with the material in a meaningful way—expanding your ability to sense, learn, and change.

Unlike quick-fix programs, our courses focus on sustainable health and personal empowerment. They are grounded in more than 30 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy—within both specialist and primary care—as well as over 20 years of teaching the Feldenkrais® Method.

The courses include Feldenkrais® lessons alongside perspectives inspired by personal development approaches, including the work of Tony Robbins—both of which have supported people worldwide in improving their well-being.

Through our courses, we offer guidance that helps you access and develop your own internal resources, at a pace that is appropriate for you. With curiosity, you explore your movement possibilities, providing your nervous system with rich and varied sensory input.

This process supports the development of new movement patterns—and may open the door to new experiences of yourself, your movement, and how you function in everyday life.

I am not sure if I have the time now
