Join the growing Community of “everyday” people Using This Method to Ease Pain and Enhance Comfort in Lower Back and Neck

The interest in Somatic Learning for people with lower back and neck pain is growing. Why? The understanding of the strong connection between movement and neuroplasticity based on our current understanding of brain function. With tools like the Feldenkrais Method®, which aligns with these theories, it is possible to explore the skills needed to make it a reality.

So, what does it mean - to experience relief from pain and strain in the lower back and neck through Somatic Learning?

The simple answer:

A resilient spine is related to how your entire self is moving and acting.

You learn pattern recognition, observe your movement patterns, and explore new patterns that create opportunities for reorganizing, enhance coordination and flexibility.

You gain self-awareness and guidance for ease and comfort in both body and mind.

And you don’t need any equipment to get started—the only thing you need is already inside you! Are you curious to explore?

Can I really

Sense a Difference

With One Movement Lesson?

I know it might seem a little crazy that one movement lesson can provide a different perception of yourself and relief from pain and strain, even if you're new to this, have been doing strength exercises and stretching, or have struggled for several years.

Knowledge, like the knowledge in this Free Mini Course, is valuable. It’s powerful, even if you are moving with less effort and at a slower pace. It can make a real change.

I’ve been practicing as a Feldenkrais® Practitioner for 20 years and as a Physiotherapist for 30 years. Before I discovered the Feldenkrais Method®, I suffered from severe low back pain and underwent surgery. With the Feldenkrais Method®, I have learned and taught strategies to move out of pain into possibilities, addressing both body and mind in a beautiful and powerful way.

I have experienced what works. And I have experience of what doesn’t work.

The Introduction to The Resilient Spine that I share with you in this Free Mini Course is based on The Feldenkrais Method®, developed by Moshe Feldenkrais over the course of his lifetime and taught to Feldenkrais® Practitioners all over the world. It has been tried and proven to work for “regular” people like you and me, regardless of different backgrounds, religious beliefs, political views, and levels of experience.

This is about being human, which unites us wherever we live in this beautiful world that we share!

Yes, it works even if it’s not hard work.

Even if you’re ‘not very good at slow’ or ‘mindful’ things...

Even if you didn’t know about The Resilient Spine until today.
